One of Singapore’s most well-established commercial production companies, Two Oceans Film Company, is to shut down.
The firm, which was co-founded by Geraldine Ng and Koh Say Chong, and has produced TV and radio ads for the last 18 years, appeared in today’s newspaper in the form of a high court notice informing readers of the closure.
According to sources, Two Oceans Film Company has yet to settle outstanding business with suppliers and staff, and has been in legal discussions with a number of parties. A company spokeswoman decline to comment when Mumbrella called this morning.
The company’s website has gone offline.
Two Oceans Film Company’s stable of directors have included Warren Klass, Barney Howells, Darren Ashton and Desmond Tan.
